Payment 50% upfront to schedule kickoff, 25% at week 6, 25% on final delivery. Wire transfer or ACH.
Ownership All deliverables are yours, full IP transfer, the moment final invoice is paid. We retain the right to anonymized case-study reference.
Revisions Up to 3 rounds of revisions per major deliverable included. Additional revisions billed at $250/hr.
Out of scope Paid media spend, software licenses, third-party integrations beyond what's listed in scope. We'll flag anything that approaches the boundary before doing the work.
